The H2B visa application process is a comprehensive process that extends from employer sponsorship to the consulate interview. As E&O Global, we are with you at all these stages.
- Finding Employer and Sponsor: As E&O Global, we find the appropriate employer and sponsor company for you. This stage is completely included in our services.
- Labor Certification: The employer obtains labor certification from the US Department of Labor (DOL). This process usually takes 2-4 months.
- Petition File (I-129): The employer submits a petition file to USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services). This stage can take 2-6 weeks.
- DS-160 Form: After the petition is approved, we fill out the DS-160 online visa application form.
- Consulate Appointment: An appointment date is set for the US Consulate and all documents are prepared.
- Interview: In the meeting held at the consulate, the job offer, English level and documents are evaluated.
- Visa Approval and Flight: After the visa is approved, your flight ticket is arranged and we are with you in the process of arriving in the USA.

Processing Time: Interview results after application are usually determined on the same day; additional review may take 2–4 weeks in cases requiring it.
Validity Period: Usually given for seasonal or 1 year period; can be extended depending on employer request and season end.
